Our first "Purrrrrdy Boy" was Harry Connick Jr. One, he's gorgeous. Two, his philanthropic efforts are A-mazing! Three, I love his voice/music. Tonight I add another worthy man and coincidentally he is of the same genre. Honestly, this was an accident. Purrrrdy Boy #2 is Michael Buble'!
Michael, who is very outspoken, has a new book out and an album coming out next week. Most would expect the book to be an in depth description of the life of Mr. Buble'. Not so much,. He said that book is coming, but much later. He'll do a memoir once he's "put more miles in his rear view mirror." Instead it is a picture book (which I ain't complaining about).
Michael Buble is releasing "Christmas" on Tuesday Oct 24th. I love Christmas. I'm like an Elf. So this is right up my alley too! Especially when I hear that he asked Shania Twain to duet with him on "White Christmas". Totally Rad! Watch this and hear a sneak peak of their version. All I can say is O-M-G! Shania sounds sooooo cool!

Extreme Pumpkins!
This guy blows my mind. Ray Villafane has a serious talent. Others try to duplicate his talent and just can't come close. He is THE MAN when it comes to carving pumpkins. You can't imagine the detail in his 3D pumpkins. He looks at a pumpkin in the field and comes up with these amazing faces and characters just by its shape or the way it lays on the ground. Nadya Suleman has a role in a low-budget horror film called Millennium. Art reflects life? She plays a woman who gets impregnated by a demon. Her manager says she is only doing it for the medical insurance. I'm sure aspiring actresses everywhere love hearing that! Once she does the film, she'll be eligible for SAG health benefits. Isn't that convenient! I mean, I get it, the kids need to be taken care of but really? What a complete joke.

Tim McGraw on Broadway!
Tim McGraw told Hollywoodlife.com that he wants to do Broadway next! As long as he can still focus on his Country Music career at the same time, he's game! He doesn't want to do a musical, which seems backwards, he'd rather do a drama. Bring it on Tim! You can see Tim in theaters with his new movie "Dirty Girl" now!
Taylor's new Honor & pair up!
Taylor has been named Billboard's Woman of the Year. This award stands out a little more than some others to me because they not only look at record and touring success but also songwriting and philanthropic efforts too. There sure is something to be said for someone of such celebrity status to give back and inspire others. Way to go Taylor!

During his Regis & Kellie visit, Tim McGraw talked about his new movie "Dirty Girl", opening this weekend, but what stood out the most to me was him reminiscing about his wedding day and the first time he saw a picture of Faith Hill. It's so nice to see a celebrity who openly adores his wife and kids.

Wow, what an honor! American Idol winner Scotty McCreery was asked to open Brad Paisley's 2012 tour! Scotty is entering his senior year of high school and does plan to go to college but you don't turn down an offer directly from Brad to tour with him. Scotty said “It’s really humbling that somebody like him would invite me to tour w/ him. I just hope i’m ready for any pranks he throws my way." Yeah, he better get prepared! Rascal Flatts will become the newest members of the Grand Ole Opry on October 8th. One of the highest honors as a Country Musician. They also got rave reviews from the iHeartRadio Music Festival as one of the best sounding acts of the night. (Carrie Underwood is being praised as the best!) The guys are taking off the rest of the year and beginning of 2012 to work on a new album that they revealed to Bilboard Mag will be out April 3rd.
I have to admit, when it first came out, I didn't like their new song Easy w/Natasha Bedingfield. But the more I heard it the more it grew on me and to be honest I kinda LOVE it now. Enjoy the video from Vevo.

Looks like Justin Bieber will be releasing a Christmas duet album. Word has it that there will be a duet with Taylor Swift & The Band Perry will be joining The Beebs on a holiday song too! There will be many other guests singers from other genres too. No release date yet but I'm sure it will be either late October or early November.
No More Acting for Toby
Beer For My Horses & Broken Bridges will have to be it cause Toby Keith says no more acting for him! He said that the time it took to focus and work on those movies took too much time away from his song writing. He said "I proved to myself I could do it...All right I've done that." Toby's next album Clancy's Tavern will be out on October 24th!
